I don’t know about you, but there’s nothing more tempting than a cute kid standing at the door of a grocery store holding a box of cookies hustling hard to make a sale to make me question if I need to spend my money on food for dinner or go all in helping this kid have more fun with their friends in Girl Scouts.
If you’ve been around the last few weeks, you’re probably getting knocks on your door, friends asking you if you want to help their kid hit their goals, and you know you’re just weeks away from when you’ll be asked each and every time you go into and out of any store if you’d like to buy cookies.
It always makes me laugh, because as humans, we only need something presented to us an average of 8 times before we’re likely to make a sale. And those Girl Scouts know how to show up over and over to get that sale.
If you follow a gluten-free diet, in the past, you’ve likely had to say “No thank you” or simply buy a box of cookies and give it to a friend. But in recent years, the Girl Scouts have really shown up for folks who avoid gluten (hoping they’ll add more gluten AND dairy-free options down the road!).
In this post, we’re going to dive into the Girl Scout Cookie lineup, talk about what your gluten-free Girl Scout cookie options are, and go through some of the most popular cookies to find out if they’re gluten-free.
If you’re a Girl Scout cookie lover, don’t miss this post!
