Here’s what I know about the holiday season: it’s easy to eat whatever looks good and then deal with the consequences later.
I’ve been here many times over.
But when you’re trying to stay away from gluten and dairy, your food options are a lot more limited than others.
You have to be more mindful of what you eat at the holiday table.
You have to think ahead when you’re out for a day of shopping and you pop in to a restaurant or cafe for a snack.
You have to be prepared and willing to lend a hand when it comes to big family meals.
And you have to set yourself up for success – otherwise you’ll be miserable on the couch (or in the bathroom) for the next two months.
I’ve been through 5 holiday seasons now on a gluten-free dairy-free diet – and have learned a plenty of things along the way. I’ve had my slip-ups, my throw-the-towel-in and give-up seasons, BUT I’ve also had the best holidays ever, because I honored my body and felt my best.
I want to share with you how YOU can stay on track this holiday season – by making a commitment to yourself to stick with your gluten and dairy-free diet.
I’ve created a free class for you – 10 Secrets to Surviving the Holidays Gluten and Dairy-free – and I’d love to have you join me!
Inside this class, you’ll learn:
- The 10 tips, strategies, and secrets for sticking with your gluten and dairy-free diet all season long
- how to enjoy your favorite holiday foods and treats even without the gluten and dairy
- my very best stick-with-it strategy for keeping you on track now through the new year
If learning from someone else’s mistakes helps you stay on your own path to feeling your best, this class is for you! I’m happy to lead the way so you don’t make the mistakes I have while trying to maintain this diet.
I’ll also share some personal stories of dealing with family members – and maybe the worst holiday weekend I’ve ever had in terms of feeling my best (it might surprise you that it was just last year!).
Ready to join me in making sure you actually get to enjoy this holiday season by feeling your best??
Wishing you your best holiday season ahead!
